Tariff:

The mandate of research is nonexclusive.

— The commission is made up of:

• 3 % of the property price
  

• 10% of the price-cutting obtained by the negotiation.
  

— All other loads related to acquisition as the commissions related to other agencies are saddled of the customer.

Guarantees:
